Within the letter of confirmation, all transaction(s) and cancellation dates, shipping details, and all other subscription characteristics are plainly stated so the customer has full knowledge of all details. Our refund policy is also plainly stated on the letter of confirmation so customers know how they can receive a refund. All refunds will be processed to the payment on file used at the date of Transaction(s). However, after the cancellation period, if the products the customer ordered have been fully paid for all transactions are final.
